Meet the PAMIA team
Redvers Cunningham qualified as a barrister in 1992 and joined Thomas Miller in 1994. He has specialised in handling claims against patent and trade mark attorneys for over ten years. He is also involved in the management of mutual insurance companies for barristers and architects. In his spare time he is a keen bridge player.
Rajiv Harnal has been a chartered accountant since 1995 and joined Thomas Miller in 2002. As well as preparing PAMIA’s financial statements, he is responsible for preparing financial statements for mutual insurance companies for barristers, solicitors and architects. In his spare time he enjoys playing racquet sports.
Elaine Holloway joined Thomas Miller in 1994. She has been involved in the management of PAMIA as a underwriting assistant since 1997. She performs a similar role for a mutual for architects. In her spare time she is a keen DIY enthusiast.
Kieran Halpenny joined Thomas Miller in March 2002 and since 2005 has been the Group Director of Regulatory Affairs with the key responsibility of ensuring the coordination of regulatory activity across all the businesses owned or managed by Thomas Miller. In addition Kieran has recently taken on the role of Company Secretary for all the Thomas Miller companies.
Peregrine Massey. A barrister and mediator, Peregrine's career has seen him involved since 1977 in the management of a number of marine and professional indemnity mutuals within the Thomas Miller group. He is a director of Thomas Miller Holdings Ltd and leads PAMIA's management team.
Adrian Mee was employed as a senior legal executive in private practice for more than 10 years.
In 2003 he was recruited by AXA to manage the group’s run-off portfolio of professional indemnity claims.
Adrian joined Thomas Miller in May 2008 to handle claims for PAMIA.
He is also involved in claims handling of mutual insurance companies for barristers.
