Director
Redvers joined Thomas Miller after completing his pupillage at 2-3 Gray's Inn Square.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of PAMIA and leads the management teams of a number of businesses in the Thomas Miller Group, including Thomas Miller Discretionary Mutual Management, OPDU and TM Legal.
Director
Adrian was appointed Director of Thomas Miller (Management Services) Ltd and Thomas Miller Professional Indemnity Ltd in 2013, having joined the Professional Indemnity Division of Thomas Miller in 2008.
He worked previously at AXA and in private practice.
He managed AXA's run-off portfolio of professional indemnity claims.
Adrian managed substantial claims in the London Market, and mediated in the United States and Ireland.

Underwriting Administration Manager
Lisa joined the Professional Indemnity Division of Thomas Miller in 2015.
Lisa is involved with the underwriting and administration for PAMIA and Bar Mutual – including arranging cover for new members, renewing cover, providing run-off/cessation cover and answering queries about coverage. She assists with the preparation of documents for Board and Committee Meetings for PAMIA and Bar Mutual. She is also involved with the renewal for PAMIA.

Chief Financial Officer
Rajiv joined Thomas Miller in 2001.
He has had a varied career starting off in the profession as an Auditor, auditing companies such as P & I mutual marine.
He then joined Commercial Union (now AVIVA) where he performed various roles in their Life and Fund Management businesses, after which he joined an IT company.
Rajiv is the Chief Financial Officer of Bar Mutual Indemnity Fund Ltd and is an executive director of the company.
Investments
Head of Alternatives Research and Senior Portfolio Manager
Mark joined Thomas Miller Investment in 2008 having previously worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Alongside portfolio management responsibilities he also conducts research and analysis across a range of asset classes with a focus on alternative investments. He is a member of the TMI Investment Strategy Committee and Head of Alternatives Research. Mark studied economics at the University of Sheffield and is a CFA Charterholder.
