Complaints about a PAMIA Member

If you wish to make a disciplinary complaint about a PAMIA Member, you should normally use the Member’s internal complaints procedure first. 

If your complaint cannot be resolved, you may be able to make a formal complaint to the Member’s regulator, IPReg.  To do this you will need to contact IPReg directly at www.ipreg.org.uk
